Our farm consists of a family of growers that has been handed down for generations, a purely family business.

It covers about 24 hectares in Mesagne (BR) in southern Puglia in a suitable area for olive growing.

The farm produces secular plants of native varieties such as "Cellina of Nardo" and "Ogliarola" and young plants of the variety "Picholine".

The harvest is done manually or directly from the vibrating mechanical arm, the same day the olives are taken to the mill.

The oil is obtained by cold pressing of the olives, very important factor in order to preserve the genuineness, as the low temperatures in which are executed the various stages of extraction has a significant influence on the final product quality.

Subsequently the oil is transferred to stainless steel containers to make it decant, in a cool place without temperature changes, so as to maintain all the organoleptic properties, and ensure the authenticity of the product.
